Anne Soares

Mrs. Soares is Co-Owner and Director of Student Relations at Lance Soares’ Family Martial Arts Center.

Anne studied business at Bridgewater State University and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in 2003. Since graduating, Anne served as the Board Treasurer for Habitat for Humanity’s Plymouth, MA affiliate and has spent the last eight years working as an Internal Auditor for Ahold USA (the parent company of Stop and Stop), State Street Corporation and Healy and Healy CPA’s.

Anne recently began studying the martial arts as a member of the adult beginners program in May 2011 and fully understands how challenging it can be to learn something new.

In her role as Director of Student Relations, Anne’s primary focus is to ensure that each student has the tools they need to succeed in their training as well as monitor the quality of service we provide to our students. She also coordinates all Birthday Parties and other functions here at the school. Her secondary responsibilities include managing the financial aspects of business and assists students in resolving issues with tuition accounts.
