You should plan on budgeting anywhere from $16-$24 per class. We have several programs available to suit your needs as well as family discounts. ​As you can see our pricing is very reasonable and is rarely an issue; it’s more a matter of whether you enjoy the atmosphere and culture of our academy. Once you take a few classes I think you will see why our students say “I like it, I love it and want more of it!”

There are generally 8-10 students per instructor. That keeps the energy high and gives you on opportunity to work with a variety of training partners.

Absolutely. There are always beginners in class. Plus, the advanced students are always eager to help you get you on your way!

The combination of cardio, resistance training, and proper diet will help you get lean and mean quickly!

Yes! Karate is a high-aerobic activity that utilizes virtually every muscle group in your body. Your endurance, muscle tone, flexibility, sense of balance as well as your overall raw strength will all improve through the practice of Karate.

We have classes six days a week. Most of our members train about two to three times per week and see great results.

A common misunderstanding is that you need to be “in shape” before starting any martial arts training. This is completely false. Our classes are designed to allow our members to train “at their own pace” while, at the same time, giving the advanced student the opportunity to challenge themselves.

We teach the system of American Kenpo Karate

 

Though it cannot be pinpointed, the general consensus for the best age to start Karate is 5. At this age, kids are still very quick to learn but have already developed some basic skills that are necessary for successful training.
